Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows when she was a teenager. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 after she quit gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. She became the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take an absence of six years from performing after she received her Pro card in order to finish her college. In 2015 was a continuation of her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals every year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she had no expectation. The athlete was satisfied with her placement. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the sets for working. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as is possible. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
